If your child becomes sick after hours, simply call our regular office number at (631) 476-7676. Our answering service will promptly connect you with After-Hours Triage Nurse Practitioner. This pediatric-trained nurse practitioner will strictly follow a standard telephone triage protocol designed to counsel parents on the necessary care for their sick or injured children. A doctor is always available for consultation when the need arises. In emergency cases, the doctor or nurse practitioner may recommend a trip to your local hospital.
